About Linden Street Solutions, LLC
Our Story
Founded in 2023 by Terry Preuninger (32 years in law enforcement) and Brady Nelson (27 years as an airline pilot) who have been friends since college at Washington State University. Both Terry and Brady have been involved with training throughout their careers and realized the opportunity to present security training and security solutions to organizations.
The two have been working with banks and other organizations to train employees on prevention and response tactics related to violence and crime.
Their unique approach is to custom-tailor the training for each organization so that the client's specific needs are addressed. A "one size fits all or box-checking approach" to training is something that you will not find with Linden Street Solutions.
Our Team
Our team members are currently employed (or retired) law enforcement officers and have served with the SWAT team, taught at local universities, and police academies, and have held high-level positions within various police forces.
Their experience and dedication to law enforcement combined with our commitment to our clients is what sets us apart from the competition.
Types of Training and Services Offered by Linden Street
Response to Violence (Active Shooter Classroom Training)
Our goal is to deliver training and solutions that meet your exact needs and never serve as "canned training or check the box" type approaches. This two-hour course covers the warning signs, situational awareness, Biological, Psychological, and Sociological aspects of such an event as well as survival strategies and maintaining readiness.
The expected Law Enforcement response will also be discussed as well as the development of an Emergency Action Plan for your organization.
Workplace Security Evaluation
Our workplace security assessment is conducted before classroom training and the findings are included in our session so the content is as specific and applicable as possible.
Workplace security risks are identified and response and mitigation measures are included in the classroom training.
Bank Robbery Training (Note Pass to Take Over Robbery Training)
This training is designed to provide employees with preparedness training for prevention of such an event and the tools to utilize if an event takes place. The class is instructor led and includes a content specifically related to your physical branch location.
Verbal De-Escalation Training
How to talk to people who are impaired by illicit drugs, alcohol, anger and/or emotions to stop circumstances from escalating into physical violence.
Conflict Management Training
Focuses on negotiation without damaging relationships and achieving a resolution both parties can live with.
